As a Bremont watch owner and advocate, this new direction makes the triple whammy of mistakes: 1. The new logo is generic and confusing - the way it tries to accommodate the business strategy - land, air and sea is academic, but not artful. Similarly the new typeface is punchy and unrefined. 2. And more importantly, IMO, the new watches drop everything that made Bremont watches unique and special - their cases. Gone are the triptick case, the elegant lugs and hardened steel - which made them look and feel both refined and tough. 3. It’s just confusing. Having both the new brand and watch designs with the original brand and designs in the same catalog makes it seem like Bremont is 2 companies, not 1. #bringthebrothersback
I think Davide is a double agent on a mission to destroy Bremont from the inside!
So glad I didn’t buy a bremont. I was so close to pulling the trigger, but after this new direction, I’m out. Back to Fortis. The make the greatest tool watches.
Bring 2023 back please...
Bremont has just morphed into an overpriced Christopher Ward alternative... But with less charisma and worse designs. Such a shame.
